We have partnered with leading conveyancing firms in the country. This means that, at the click of a button, we can help you choose a solicitor from a panel of over 120 conveyancing solicitors located not just in Yorkshire but nationwide.

Our partners have some of the largest teams of conveyancing staff in the country, all of whom are solely dedicated to property services.  They pride themselves on providing a fast efficient and cost effective service. You will be allocated a Case Manager, who will be responsible for the day to day handling of your case and will be able to deal with all of your questions. You will be able to contact your Case Manager by email, post or phone – you will always be given the direct email address and the direct phone number of your Case Manager.

There role is to help and advise you with both the legal and practical matters associated with the conveyancing process. They will liaise with us, Lenders and Estate Agents on your behalf. Their aim is to ensure that your transaction proceeds as smoothly as possible.

You will be kept informed throughout the process by phone, email and post. In most cases, you will also have access to their online tracking system which will ensure that you are always kept fully up to date with the progress of your transaction.
